This year both ‘Autum watch’ and ’ Winterwatch’ were hosted by Aigas field centre after the BBC spent some time filming their Pine Martin for Springwatch. The advantage with Aigas is that there is an abundance of wildlife within a very small radius and this was a major factor in luring the BBC to Aigas for both the shows

We did manage to assist by providing cottages for the some of the film crew on both occasions. Perhaps the rutting Red deer stags and Hare on both our pastureland and golf course may feature in future programmes
